We take immense pleasure in introducing M/s ASky InfraIndia Private Limited (AIPL) a newly incorporated company which is formerly known as M/s Ankit Zararia Building Material Supplier (AZBMS) & M/s Wisdom enterprises (WE) and profile of the same is as indicated below. We are in process of merging AZBMS & WE into AIPL into one umbrella to form a professionally managed Private Limited company promoted by successful entrepreneurs Sh. Shahnawaz Javeri (MD), Sh. Ankit Zararia (MD).
M/s Ankit Zararia BMS (AZBMS):
AZBMS a diversified & fastest growing Civil Engineering company, established in year 2014 and since then executing projects in several sectors like in the field of Construction of Road, Civil concrete work, Flyover, Highways, Bitumen, Concrete & RCC roads & Bridges, Buildings, Reservoirs, Ash Dyke, Bund raising, Railway Projects, Mine Mineral/ earth Transportation, Fly Ash Transportation along with Spreading, Watering & Compaction and Soil covering etc.
We feel proud that, AZBMS have transported approx. Eight (08) Lac MT of Pond/ Fly Ash for M/s Adani Power Maharashtra Limited 5×660 MW Tiroda Thermal Power Plant to various locations for the FY 2021-21 and Thirty (30) Lac MT till date with an annual turnover of INR Sixty (60) Cr. Plus for FY 2020-21
AZBMS have their own fleet of Batching Plant, Bitumen/ Concrete Pavers & Mixtures, Hywa Dumpers, Pokelane machines, JCB and other Construction equipment (Annexure-A) well supported by our highly skilled & trained team (Annexure-B) who enable us to commence round the clock operations and ensure timely delivery up to the satisfaction of all the concerned stake holders.

M/s Wisdom Enterprises:
Wisdom Enterprises is a sister concern of AZBMS & has been incorporated on 10th April 2018, by Shri Shahanawaj Javeri and Shri Ankit Zararia, the sole proprietor of M/S Ankit Zararia BMS (AZBMS) commenced the construction business since 2018. Wisdom Enterprises is having expertise in Earthwork of Ash Pond, Reservoir, building, Bridge, Canal, Dam, Road (State highway as well as national highway) and Mining Projects. Wisdom Enterprises have in-depth knowledge, equipment and workforce to do Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). In addition, the company also deals in the construction work of Runway’s, Ready-mix concrete Road & Highway’s construction etc. Wisdom Enterprises is a reputed name in the Construction Industry formed in 2018. We are into construction (Earthwork) of Ash pond, Canal, Dam, Roads, & Runways and Mining Project. As the year passed by, we eventually grew in terms of turnover & reputation and start focusing on Earthwork of Ash pond, Canal, Dam, Road, mining & Runway Construction with more professionalism and technical soundness. Wisdom Enterprises has distinct privilege of successfully executing over 100 projects in India. We are using modern machineries.
